Christmas

' Tad A Map,' all fathers and sons, debuted at the Anchorage Folk Festival. Ian and Dylan were among them, and Dylan sang a lovely rendition of 'Orphan Girl.'
And, we celebrated with foot baths, chocolate and wine. Happy Birthday Angela...you're an incredible woman and friend!

And, Angela turned 40! She and her sister had a lovely yoga week retreat together in Hawaii

Lovely light though.. and great walking on the coastal trail.

And, then it all melted! Crazy 40F weather.... the cold was much better!

Ann has just come home from the office, during the Anchorage cold snap.

High winds, cold, good friends and great skiing

Dustin had some good back country outings with Ian and Dennis.

Glowing snowballs!

An ice catalpult!

It was cold after Christmas. Lots of great ice Art as part of the FREEZE exhibit downtown

Christmas day plans changed due to frozen pipes! We had popcorn under a blanket. And, ended up cancelling our ski trip to Swan Lake. Had a lovely few days of local skiing.. here is a photo skiing into Rabbit Lake.

Christmas Eve.. we had a lovely celebration with friends. Jerry, Gail, Katie, Fondell, Melonie, Angela, Julian, Ben, Kyle, Ian, Dwight, Anne, Dylan and Ryan.
