| July brought visitors from Anchorage. In one week we had.. Naomi, Heather Wilson and family (above), Tracy, Heike, Ketch, and grandparents, and Ayme, Jim, Liam, Hank, and Linnea! Great to reconnect worlds. |

| Sharon came to visit for 10 days after Dustin returned from Bristol Bay (with fish). We had a couple of late nights preparing kings for smoking. |

| The pinks returned the day before Dustin got home. Wonderful watching the first few fish come up stream, and soon the creek was full! You can hear them splashing from inside the house when the tide is low. |

| The creek is now full of live fish, dead fish, and lots of gulls! I feel like I am living in a seabird colony again! I love their noise and action. We've also had quite a few bear sitings (by the trampoline (!) and on the trail). |
