We did the Alice Smith Inter-tie trail this Fall, and had golden weather. Alpine colors were bright, berries were everywhere, and the views and air were incredible.
We've done plenty of trips that have taken a lot of parental effort with telling stories, snacks, distractions, you name it.. to cover ground, but this was the first trip where tables were turned and the boys had to slow down to wait for me! It was bliss, and we all came home recharged and deeper in love with these mountains.
